Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of cyberflight.studio and the booking process it provides. Cyberflight Studios LLC is operated by Cole Dorazio in Charlotte, NC.

Requests and confirmations

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Every request is reviewed, and the date, time, and location are confirmed with you before the session is final. Services priced on the site are shown in US dollars; services requiring a custom quote are priced by proposal.

Service agreements

Some services require signing a service agreement through the site. The agreement you sign for your session is the controlling document for that booking — it sets the specifics of the work, and these general terms apply where the agreement doesn't address them.

Payments

Payment is due 48 hours before the scheduled session unless your proposal or agreement states otherwise.

Reschedules and cancellations

Scheduling conflicts happen — if you need to move or cancel a session, contact me as early as you can and I will work with you on a new date.

Your content

The media delivered to you from your session is yours to use as agreed in your service agreement or proposal.

Site availability

I work to keep the site available, but bookings are confirmed by exchange, not automatically. If the site or its scheduling tools are unavailable when you submit, your request is not lost — follow up by email and I will take care of it.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always the one on this page. The terms in effect when you submit a booking are the ones that apply to that booking.
