Privacy Policy

Cyberflight Studios LLC ("I", "me") operates cyberflight.studio. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and what happens to it. The short version: I only collect what I need to answer your questions and schedule your sessions, I don't sell or share it, and you can ask me to remove it at any time.

What the site collects

Contact form. Your name, email address, and the message you write. This is sent to my mailbox so I can reply to you by email.

Booking form. The service you request, your preferred date and time, and the details needed to run the session — such as the session location or address, participant names, a promotion code if you have one, and, for services that require it, your signed service agreement (your typed name and signature).

Spam protection. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process limited technical data to verify that you are human.

The site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party advertising of any kind.

How your information is used

  • To answer the questions you send me.
  • To schedule, prepare for, and confirm your session.
  • To place confirmed bookings on my scheduling calendar.
  • To store booking records for services that require a signed agreement, so your session details and agreement are on hand.
  • To email you about your inquiry or booking.

Where your information lives

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Form submissions are delivered through Cloudflare and Resend to my mailbox at Zoho Mail. Booking records for agreement-based services are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, and confirmed sessions appear as events on my Google Calendar. These providers process data on my behalf only — your information is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising.

How long it is kept

Booking records are kept as business records for the sessions they describe. If you would like your information removed or corrected, email me and I will take care of it, unless I am required to retain it for tax or legal purposes.
